THE POWERHOUSE SMOOTHIE RECIPE
Blueberry Kale Smoothie
2 cups kale, de-stemmed and chopped
1 cup blueberries
1 banana, sliced
3 cups almond milk
Place all ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth and delicious :)
