It all starts at the grocery store, and if you don't buy it, it can't call to you from your pantry at midnight....."come on you know you want me!!" SO if you have a particular food that just does you wrong, then go out to get it as an occasional treat with your friends, but don't put it in your house. It will only tempt you, that is unless you have the willpower of a Greek God (or Goddess), and who are you kidding? No matter where you are on your health journey, don't sabotage yourself like that! We all have that "thing" (pssst, by the way, mine is ice cream)

your TREAT DAY
As always, portion control and serving size are KEY! So buy little snack baggies to portion out your boxed and bagged snacks
Read the label,
is this high in fat, sugar or sodium? Is it a good source of protein,
carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins? Is it worth it?
